All treatment plans begin with an initial session. During this session, we will discuss your goals and the best options for you. At this time, all appointments are telehealth appointments unless otherwise noted. To schedule your initial session, please see the calendar below.

First encounters
For safety reasons, and in the case of a first encounter, the totality of payment is required 24 hours in advance. Lack of payment will result in automatic meeting cancellation.
Regular Sessions
Following the initial session, payment terms and conditions will be agreed upon by patient and provider during intake.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made at least 24 hours in advance, free of charge. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior to appointment) and no-show appointments will be charged as visits.
Punctuality
Kindly keep in mind that your appointment is booked for a timed slot. In the event of late arrivals, a full 50-minute session cannot be guaranteed.
